Establishing Trust in Healthcare through Digital Infrastructure and Stewardship
MEDx eHealthCenter is a GovTech and digital health infrastructure organization dedicated to strengthening primary healthcare systems as a public good. We partner with governments, development finance institutions, healthcare providers, and international organizations to design, deploy, and govern digital health infrastructure that is equitable, resilient, and nationally owned.
Operating at the intersection of healthcare, digital technology, and public governance, MEDx has built over a decade of experience in the Business-to-Government (B2G) space. We have collaborated with institutions such as the World Health Organization, the World Bank, the United Nations, and European cooperation frameworks to support national digital health strategies, large-scale transformation programs, and system-level reforms across emerging and fragile contexts.
Between 2020 and 2025, during a period of global disruption and accelerated digital adoption, MEDx supported health systems in navigating crisis-driven transformation. This phase provided critical insight: digital health delivers lasting impact only when embedded within strong governance, sustainable financing, and institutional stewardship.
Today, MEDx positions primary healthcare digitalization as infrastructure—essential to human capital development, economic productivity, and social resilience. Our work focuses on building coherent health ecosystems that integrate digital hospital networks, interoperable data systems, policy frameworks, and public-private financing models into durable national backbones.
Aligned with the World Health Organization’s Global Strategy on Digital Health and the European Union’s Global Gateway framework, MEDx acts as a long-term system partner rather than a technology vendor. We help countries move beyond pilots toward nationally governed, scalable, and trusted digital health systems.
Our ambition is clear: to build digital health infrastructure as a public good across 25 nations, connecting one billion people to equitable, intelligent, and resilient healthcare systems by 2040.
Through this mission, MEDx contributes to a new generation of health systems—where infrastructure enables inclusion, data supports accountability, and healthcare strengthens national development.
